Brinton Resto

Brinton is a litigator who has obtained favorable results for his clients at every stage of litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. His practice spans across several areas of practice, including business litigation, civil rights, defamation, employment discrimination, insurance subrogation, non-compete claims, real estate disputes, and trade secret litigation.

Brinton has successfully tried cases from beginning to conclusion. An introvert at heart, he recognizes that the loudest voice in the room is not always the brightest. He calmly counsels his clients on how to navigate the complexities of modern litigation—and always with the end-goal in mind. He often finds an angle to cut through the noise, identify red-herrings, and redirect attention to the issues that matter most—results.

A proponent of the boutique law firm model and frequent champion of the underdog, Brinton joined AxePoint to prioritize accessible results for his clients over traditional billable hours goals. For Brinton, practicing law is a privilege that stimulates his intellect and allows him to engage with the world of ideas in a practical manner to deliver tangible, real-world, value-driven results for his clients from different backgrounds.

Outside of law, Brinton enjoys spending time with his dog and family, jogging, reading, soccer (Arsenal), travel, and wine. He holds a Diploma in Wine and Law from the Université of Reims Champagne-Ardenne and is working his way through the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Diploma program.
